How to buy?

Goods can be ordered in our website through the internet-shop.

Order registration and handling is performed in the territory of Latvian Republic.

Distribution of goods is carried out from Latvian Republic to worldwide.

Complement and handling of orders

While choosing goods and making an order, please wait until you receive a confirmation that your order is accepted for execution, before you pay by a transfer to an account of the firm or with help of cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You will receive your order’s accounting form by e-mail.

Delivery of the items

Orders which have been paid by transfer to our firm’s account – will be delivered to customers via "Latvijas Pasts" post service.

Delivery charge is carried out by a customer according to quotation of "Latvijas Pasts" post service.

Responsibility

1.  Buyer is fully responsible for the information that he/she provides while handling the order.
In case if the entered data is incorrect or inaccurate, seller can not bear responsibility that a buyer has not received his item.

In that case, after a lapse of one month from item shipment date by “Latvijas Pasts” post service/ at the will of customer he can:

- be given back the money paid for an item, except money for bank service;

- receive an item by clarified data.

2. Disputes between seller and buyer have to be solved by negotiations, and if it is impossible, disputes are being solved according to Latvian Republic legislation.
