The abbreviation рН means "Potential Hydrogen". рН is the characteristic of hydrogen ions concentration.

The liquids in system of a human body share on: sour, alkaline and neutral.

The parameter of рН is defined on a colour scale, where the sour environment has red painting and changes tone depending on a parameter of acidity within the limits of 0 up to 7; the neutral environment - middle scales, it has green painting – a parameter 7; the alkaline environment has dark blue painting and change the tone aside dark blue colour, depending on increase of a level of alkali – a parameter from 7 up to 14.

Carson Pirs in his book tells about experiment which has been lead many years ago by one scientist who had taken heart of a chicken and had shipped it in a salty solution, constantly supporting this solution's pH between 7, 1 and 7, 4. He changed water every day, supporting the same level of alkali and heart fought during 28 years until scientist has bothered to change water every day and he has simply stopped this experiment. But if water was sour, everything would terminate much more quickly.
